The Repentant was founded as an order of Elves, and is to serve as a monument to the All-Father's power, authority, patience, and mercy. There are no absolute race/class/discipline restrictions on admittance, but those suited to the purpose of this guild will find it easier to gain admittance. Non-Elves are expected to have a special reason to be here. Similarly, those of professions or disciplines not suited to the Repentant (Temple classes, Amazons, Blood Prophets, etc.) would need to have a very good reason to be here; I don't expect to admit any, but if they petition for admittance I'll listen to their reasons.
What are the requirements for admission?
Admission is an entirely in-character (IC) process; any character will be admitted who can convince the Repentant's current leadership to allow them in. Generally, admission will be granted easily to those expressing interest (particularly Elves) if they behave appropriately (IC) and there is no reason to doubt their sincerity (note: chosen profession may constitute a reason to doubt sincerity). All members are expected to roleplay whenever appropriate; anyone not wishing to roleplay should find another guild.
