Balance

Well, you HAD asked to be on the defensive team . . . but this seems just a little uneven.

You find yourself on level ground, bordered by a house on two sides and some tall, desnse bushes on the others. The ground sloped down fairly sharply where the bushes occupied it, and a staircase cut between them to a path below. On your right, a slanted path slopes down more gradually next to a driveway.

At least you have the high ground!

You survey the bushes. You can see through them well enough to anticipate an attack, and you can probably shoot through them (although some water will probably be deflected by the foliage), but crossing them was out of the question. That left only two avenues of attack for your opponents.

Although three of the most experienced players in the game had sided with you, that only made a total of four people on your team. The enemy team had seven. The only saving grace was the weapons issue.

You had managed to talk the enemy team's arsenal down to an XP 35, three XP 110s, three XP 150s, and a CPS 1200. Your team took the rest of the weapons -- two XP 90s, two XP 310s, a CPS 1000, four CPS 2700s, and a CPS 3000. Of course, that still left the question of how to utilize 10 guns between 4 people.

You weren't sure whether to be angry or thankful that there was no way to eliminate an enemy player. The whole thing was just for fun, with no specific goal. Just one side attacking and the other defending.

You sigh, and begin to organize your troops.
