Warp Shields

Warp shields are designed to enhance the protection yielded by shield generators by flooding them with warp power (this requries special shield generators designed to withstand the overload). Projections show that from a standard-sized warp core at normal matter/antimatter combination rates, the power from a warp core could potentially increase shield strength by as much as 620%.
