Science Pod

The science pod is equipped with only an impulse drive but has over 30 different sensors onboard. The pod is also befreft of weapons but is able to withstand more phaser fire than a standard shuttlecraft. This allows the occupants to return to their carrier or starbase while under attack.

Special Equipment:SWAC sensor array. 3 smaller sensor arrays are mounted in the aft section. Also metaphasic sheilding is avialable for closer scanning.
